How do I know which stones are right for me?

You can then select the appropriate products in the shop.
Why do the centers play a role?
We can only benefit from the effects of healing stones in areas where we can absorb energy from outside. We cannot absorb energy in the defined centers (colored areas), so the healing stones are useless.
I have 5 open centers, what now?
Focus on 2 or 3 first. Look at the product descriptions and intuitively decide what appeals to you most at the moment.
Which arm do I wear the bracelets on?
Left to absorb the energy of the healing stones.
Right, to release the energy to my surroundings.
How do I charge and discharge my healing stones?
Order our starter set the first time. It includes sage for smudging/discharging and rock crystal stones for charging. Here's a video:
